I don’t know if you’ll find this amusing, but I think I chatted with three South of Nowhere celeberities on my Wii today. And yes. They were acctually them. Because out of nowhere, Matt asked me did I want to speak to Mandy. I had to calm myself after the little question, and replied sure.
Mandy is amazing. And she asked me did I watch girltrash. Lost episodes. She’s hyper.
And then I talked to Gabby, who I apparently made sad for saying I couldn’t go party with them in Alabama. So then Mandy got on me sayin that I made Gabby cry, which was a joke. I was a bit scared after that, but did you know she hurt her eye and calmed it with frozen grapes? That’s crazy and delicious.

As I didn’t want to get into the whole ‘why not export these data into Access and write some queries?’ debate, I offered a quick and dirty way of presenting the info she needed. She was appalled that she might have to do some work herself.
It’s a column of 561 rows with either Yes or No in it. All she wanted was a chart showing percentage of yes and no. I said quickest way is to sort by the desired column, highlight rows and note number of rows highlighted. Took me under a minute to count 492 no, 58 yes and 11 blank. One more minute to do a tiny 3×2-cell table. And, finally, one final minute to do chart via wizard.
She has several other columns which are the same (fewer than four different values) and she wants to do similar tables. Can’t see how a pivot table is gonna help there because what she needs is a count of specific values within columns, not of the whole column.
ughhhhh I HATE Access. I really do.
Pivot table and @count or sort using “find =’s” thingie. Then Pivot. Then Graph it.

When we went to that Eva Green fim we went to Soho for dinner and ended up in a “flash” restaurant, like a temporary one. The BEST Thai Green Curry ever. The swede ordered it as I hate bamboo shoots and they tend to come in it.
